• National Association of Master Appraisers

  Through sponsorship of the Appraisal Foundation, stringent education and ethical requirements, and other initiatives, NAMA is a guiding force throughout the industry.

• National Society of Environmental Consultants

  The National Society of Environmental Consultants (NSEC) is a professional organization dedicated to the professional development of members in environmental education and information. NSEC awards members several designations based on required education, an examination, presentation of a demonstration report and agreement to abide with stringent Standards of Professional Conduct. These designations are the ESC - Environmental Screening Consultant and the EAC Environmental Assessment Consultant.

• National Association of Counselors

  The National Association of Counselors was created due to the recognition that most purchasers in real estate transactions were not being represented by an independant authority. Rather, the seller's broker is often placed in the position of advising purchasers throughout the complex maze that is a real estate transaction. NAC's objectives are to promote the specialization of the real estate counselor in order to eliminate this inherent conflict of interest. Further, the organization provides a code of ethics and educational opportunities for those who wish to practice this new area of specialization.

• Accredited Review Appraisers Council, Inc.

  ARAC was founded to be a forum for those appraisers in the field, and also to be a gateway for appraisers wishing to add this specialty to their overall portfolio. It is the aim of ARAC to increase not only the visibility of this vital area of appraisal, but to elevate the standards and code of ethics associated with it.

• The Professional Certification Board

  The Professional Certification Board of the National Society of Appraiser Specialists is a non-profit society dedicated to the training and certification of appraisers, real estate professionals and others in several speciality fields. Besides providing a Board Certification for those who have met the educational and professional requirements, NSAS provides up-to-date information to members.

• National Association of Property Inspectors

  The National Association of Property Inspectors is a society of professionals, dedicated to a common set of objectives. Consumers know that when they are dealing with a NAPI Certified Inspector they are dealing with a fair and honest professional.
